IN order to improve the quality of life of the people around its operational area, Energy Equity Epic Sengkang (EEES) actively provides assistance in the form of infrastructure.
In the health sector, EEES has built 10 Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) each spread across every village in Gilireng District and one unit in Macanang Village, Majauleng District in 2011.
Worship facilities are one of the important things for the people of Wajo who are known to be religious. To support this religious life, EEES actively assists in building places of worship in the form of mosques around the company.
Concern for agricultural infrastructure was also shown by EEES through assistance in the construction of farm roads in Alausalo Village and Liu Village.
The EEES is also actively building operating roads to gas wells which are also used by the community, most of whom work as farmers. This road infrastructure makes it easier for the community to transport agricultural products at each harvest season.
IMPROVEMENT of educational facilities is also inseparable from the attention of CSR EEES. To increase people’s literacy, they built a library in the Capital District of Gilireng. The library is equipped with books adapted to the needs of the community.
AS a support for community activities, EEES built a PKK building located in the Gilireng District Complex. The presence of the PKK building is expected to be able to maximize the coordination of the PKK Mobilization Team to maximize the program.
