Jakarta, 16 May 2024 – Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty, Ltd. (EEES) continues to demonstrate significant progress alongside efforts to enhance Human resources (HR) competencies through training, one of which is Project Management training. This training was conducted at Menara 165 on May 16-17, 2024. The topics covered included, managing a project in terms of planning, updating, and controlling.
The project’s failure to meet targets is caused by improper planning, execution, and control. To prevent such failures, Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty, Ltd. (EEES) facilitated a training guided by PT. Serasan Cipta Abadi, and provided a strong foundation for conducting Project Management Training.
This training activity was attended by 9 EEES participants from different divisions, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Drilling and Subsurface, and Facilities Engineering. The materials covered, included project planning (work breakdown structure) project scheduling, resource allocation, activity execution, and control (schedule and cost variance analysis).
One of the goals of the training was to help EEES participants understand the concepts and practices related to project planning, project scheduling, project targets, and the ability to operate project management software. Through joint efforts with various parties, it is expected that this training can enhance the capacity and quality of the participants, who are expected to apply and practice more effective Project Management techniques, ultimately increasing productivity and project success.
