EEES Received 3 Wajo Regent Awards

Sengkang, Committed Energy Equity Epic Sengkang Pty. Ltd (EEES) as the contactor of the Cooperation Contract for the Sengkang Oil and Gas Block Work Area under the supervision of SKK Migas in contributing to solving problems experienced by the community around its operational area through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities does not seem to escape the attention of the Wajo Regency government.
This appreciation was conveyed directly by the Wajo Regent H. Amran Mahmud at the Tudang Sipulung Event which was held by the Wajo Regency Government as a series of commemorations of the 622nd anniversary of Wajo Regency in the Pattern Room of the Wajo Regent’s Office Sunday Night (28/3/2021).

On that occasion, the Regent of Wajo handed over three certificates of appreciation to EEES, namely the Award for the Clean Water Program in the Districts of Gilireng and Majauleng, and the award for the Assistance for Installing New 450 VA Electricity to 605 poor households in Kab. Wajo and Award for the Agricultural Pumping Program in Alausalo Village, Kec. turn. The Charter was received directly by EEES President Andi Riyanto who attended directly from the EEES Jakarta Head Office.
The clean water CSR program in Gilireng District has been started by EEES since 2013 and is now operating independently. The range of this facility includes the two closest villages to the Kampung Baru gas plant, namely Abbatireng and Poleonro Villages. In addition, EEES is also actively supporting clean water facilities in Gilireng Village. In Majauleng District, CSR EEES has built clean water facilities which now serve the entire Macanang Village community. The Pumping Program in Alausalo Village has also succeeded in increasing rice production so that it can improve the welfare of farmers. Meanwhile, the new electricity installation program for the less fortunate will be completed this year together with relevant stakeholders.
EEES President Andi Riyanto expressed his gratitude to the Government of Wajo Regency for their guidance and direction to companies operating in Wajo Regency to jointly help underprivileged residents who have not enjoyed electricity facilities so that SKK Migas – EEES can take part in realizing electricity installation assistance. This is in 650 homes of underprivileged residents. The same goes for the support from the Wajo Regency administration for the success of the clean water program which is currently being enjoyed by the community.
“Alhamdulillah, the EEES Management expresses its highest appreciation and gratitude to the Wajo Regional Government, starting from the Village, District and Wajo Regent governments for their support for the smooth operation of field operations so far,” said Andi Riyanto.
The Tudang Sipulung event was attended by all elements of the DPRD, OPD heads, community leaders, company and BUMD leaders, heads of press organizations in Wajo Regency. This activity’s main objective is to listen to the explanation of the priority programs of the Wajo Regency government under the leadership of the Regent Dr. H. Amran Mahmud, S. Sos, M. Si and Deputy Regent H. Amran, SE whose reign has now stepped on for two years. (*)
